About this role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Admin / Accounting Assistant to support our finance, admin, order, and delivery coordination operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, accurate with numbers, and comfortable handling accounting records, documentation, reports, order updates, and day-to-day finance-related tasks. We’re looking for someone who can work carefully, follow processes, coordinate well with different teams, and help improve our accounting and admin systems as the company continues to grow. Work Setup: On-site: Don Antonio, Commonwealth, Quezon City Office will move to Vertis North within the year

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor daily sales, expenses, collections, and payments • Prepare and organize accounting documents, receipts, invoices, and reports • Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable monitoring • Coordinate with the orders and delivery teams to verify order status, payment status, delivery updates, shipping concerns, and related documentation • Track and cross-check order records, delivery updates, and payment information for accuracy • Reconcile transactions and check records for accuracy • Support payroll, petty cash, reimbursements, and liquidation processes • Coordinate with internal teams regarding finance, order, delivery, and documentation requirements • Maintain organized digital and physical files • Assist in preparing financial summaries and management reports • Help improve accounting workflows, trackers, and documentation systems

Qualifications

• Experience as an Accounting Assistant, Accounting Staff, Admin Assistant, or similar role • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes • Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic office tools • Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate with records • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information • Good communication and coordination skills • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Comfortable coordinating with operations, order processing, and delivery teams • Experience with bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or payroll is a plus • Knowledge of BIR filings and Philippine accounting practices is a plus
