About this role
We are looking for a confident, creative, and highly proactive Content Creator / Face of the Brand who can represent our brands on camera and help create engaging content across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable being on video, understands social media trends, and knows how to turn ideas into content that attracts attention, builds trust, and drives action. We highly prefer someone with AI experience, especially in using AI tools and automations to create content faster, generate ideas, organize workflows, schedule posts, repurpose content, and improve overall content production. This is not for someone who only waits for instructions. We’re looking for someone who can bring ideas, create outputs, appear confidently on camera, and help us build strong brand presence for multiple growing businesses.
Responsibilities
• Serve as an on-camera personality and representative for the brand • Create short-form and long-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms • Record videos, product features, educational content, behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, reels, and brand stories • Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, and posting angles • Use AI tools to generate content ideas, scripts, captions, content calendars, video outlines, and creative variations • Use AI-powered automations to improve content workflows, organize assets, schedule posts, track performance, and repurpose content • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, video editing, and operations teams • Help explain products, services, promos, and brand messages in a clear and engaging way • Stay updated with trends, viral formats, and platform-specific content styles • Review content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement, reach, leads, and conversions • Help build repeatable content systems, templates, prompts, and automation workflows • Maintain a professional, authentic, and trustworthy brand image online
Qualifications
• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera • Experience in content creation, hosting, social media, livestreaming, sales content, or brand representation is preferred • Good communication skills and natural storytelling ability • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, hooks, and audience engagement • Highly preferred: experience using AI tools for content creation, scripting, captions, ideation, repurposing, scheduling, or automation • Able to show actual content samples, videos, reels, or AI-assisted outputs • Creative, proactive, resourceful, and open to feedback • Organized and able to manage multiple content tasks and deadlines • Able to work with editors, marketers, sales teams, and management • Willing to work in a fast-moving and growing company environment • Experience with ecommerce, product content, ads, or personal branding is a plus AI & Automation Experience Preferred: • AI-generated content ideas, hooks, scripts, and captions • AI-assisted content calendars and campaign planning • AI-powered video repurposing for reels, shorts, and posts • Automated posting schedules or content trackers • AI-assisted lead generation, audience engagement, or comment/message workflows • Prompt creation for repeatable content production • Workflow automation using tools such as ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, Notion AI, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Google Workspace automations, or similar tools Preferred Qualities: • Confident, presentable, and natural on camera • Strong initiative and creative judgment • Can suggest content ideas without waiting for detailed instructions • Comfortable testing new tools, formats, and workflows • Able to lead or support content planning and execution • Understands how content supports branding, trust, sales, and growth • Willing to grow into a senior content or brand leadership role Application Requirement: Applicants must submit sample content or portfolio, preferably including: • On-camera videos, reels, or hosting samples • Product or brand-related content • Short-form social media videos • AI-assisted content ideas, scripts, captions, or calendars • Any examples of automations or workflows used for content creation Work Setup: On-site: Don Antonio, Commonwealth, Quezon City Office will move to Vertis North within the year
