About this role
WE’RE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REPRESENTATIVE We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and technically inclined Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate has a pleasing personality, communicates effectively, understands customer needs, explains technical products clearly, and converts inquiries into successful sales.
Responsibilities
-Respond to customer inquiries through chat, calls, and other communication channels -Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions -Explain product features, specifications, software, hardware, and basic troubleshooting procedures -Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales -Prepare quotations and coordinate order details -Assist customers with product concerns before and after purchase -Coordinate with the sales, logistics, warehouse, and technical support teams -Maintain accurate customer and sales records -Meet assigned sales and customer service targets
Qualifications
-At least one year of sales experience -Pleasing, professional, and customer-friendly personality -Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino -Confident, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with different types of customers -Preferably technically inclined, with a basic understanding of software, hardware, or other technical products -BPO experience is an advantage -Experience in e-commerce, online selling, or chat-based customer service is an advantage -Willing to learn product specifications and basic troubleshooting -Organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple customer concerns -Comfortable using computers, online communication platforms, and productivity tools
