About this role
We are a growing eCommerce company looking for a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visuals that strengthen our brands and support our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
-Create engaging graphics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, websites, online marketplaces, and other digital platforms. -Design high-performing static advertisements, promotional materials, product visuals, website banners, and campaign assets. -Develop creative concepts that communicate product benefits and encourage customer action. -Edit, enhance, and retouch product photos for advertisements and online listings. -Produce multiple design variations for testing across different marketing campaigns. -Use AI-powered design tools to improve productivity, generate creative concepts, and develop visual assets. -Collaborate with the marketing, content, and video teams to execute campaigns. -Maintain consistent branding across all company brands and marketing materials. -Resize and adapt designs for different platforms, placements, and advertising formats. -Organize and manage design files, templates, brand assets, and project resources. -Stay updated on eCommerce design trends, social media formats, and creative advertising strategies.
Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in eCommerce, digital marketing, advertising, or social media. -Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design software. -Familiarity with AI-powered image-generation, editing, and creative tools is preferred. -Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy. -Able to create attention-grabbing and conversion-focused advertising designs. -Experience with product photography, image retouching, or basic video and motion graphics is an advantage. -Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. -Able to receive feedback and revise designs efficiently. -A portfolio or sample of previous design work is required. -Willing and available to work on-site.
